You want easy, fun and effective. We make you look good.

“We tell the story of your life.”

Hi. I’m Leonard Sipes. I have told the stories of people for over 30 years through hosting television and radio shows and writing articles for national publications. I have national awards for best customer service, best use of technology, best audio, best podcast and best television public affairs programs plus many others. The White House website featured my work. I know how to make you sound and look your best.

My personal website is available at Http://LeonardSipes.Com. Everything you need to know about me is on the site. I have thirty-five years of government public affairs experience and over twenty years of hosting radio and television programs. I qualified for a top-secret security clearance through the US Senate.

This site is devoted to telling your story through audio or video interviews.

I can also come to your home (or you can come to mine) to create audio and video interviews.

You want the experience to be easy, fun and effective. The cost is very reasonable when compared to similar businesses.  We can even do frequent interviews (podcasts) for business, associations, and nonprofits.

Benefits of Telling Your Story:

  • It gives you immortality;
  • Your family will cherish it forever;
  • You tell your story the way you want it told. You have complete control;
  • It’s fun. A professional storyteller guides you through the process and does all the work;
  • It’s a great gift for your parents or someone important;
  • Ethical wills allow you leave final statements to family members and loved ones;
  • You will feel wonderful about what you did and the quality of the product created.

What We Do:

  • We interview you and create an audio or video recording;
  • We can send you a compact disc or DVD;
  • We can do a video or audio interview at your home or mine;
  • We provide an array of additional services as options to enhance the experience.

Please note that you have complete control over everything we do. Nothing is put on the Internet or offered to anyone without your signed approval.

Details as to services:

There are a series of steps in telling your story. Examples include:

The Pre-Interview: I will talk to you and find things and life events that are important to you.

The Interview: I interview you for one hour (or as long as it takes).

Approval: You approve a DVD (video) or CD (audio) copy.

Other Services: There are additional services available, please see website or call to discuss.

Hi Len,
Thank you for contacting me. Your desire to do this important work is admirable and I wish you well. Since you asked, I have a few suggestions on organization and verbiage of the site and would be happy to share those with you by phone. If you would like to schedule a call, let me know.

At this time it seems like Wordpress is the preferred blogging platform available right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you are using on your blog?

Hi Devin: Yep, the base is WordPress with a paid theme and skin. WordPress is, by far, the world’s most popular platform. Best, Len.

Hi Leonard,

How are you? I’ve attached a website with people sharing stories. You can insert in audio as well. My story is in the link I’ve provided. Only bits of poetry except one which I’ve started on my part (i) of my journey as a ‘sustainnovator’. It’s called ‘I thought I was a Superhero’. Hopefully I can write part (ii) soon because I’m busy helping a friend of mine write his story. He runs a social enterprise called givehope.asia. I’m revamping his website and putting up his personal account as a Singaporean who was sentenced to the infamous Bang kwang prison in Thailand. He’s since been released and needs support for his work (becos it really is tough to get help in my country…) so I came in to tell his story. He knows I need help too with finances so he entrusted me with the work. So we’re doing a collaboration. It’s really awesome.
Everyone has a story but not many have the opportunity of telling it. Sometimes you just need a Communicator (I call myself that!)

Much regards,
Lynn Chen

Hi Lynn: That’s an inspiring story. You are using Cowbird and it’s a wonderful platform. There are dozens of free story telling sites; see A Storied Career within my links for more. Best, Len.
